If you are someone who is a little time-poor (who isn’t these days!) it is a good idea to make a batch of bliss balls on the weekend and then you’ll have a little something sweet to enjoy throughout the week. They are also so easy to make and contain minimal ingredients.
If you are feeling a bit creative, you may like to add your favourite superfood to further increase its nutritional value. I love adding Mesquite powder which contains several essential vitamins and nutrients, while also adding sweetness and a hint of ‘caramel’ flavour.
Another variation we love is adding a few tablespoons of hazelnut or almond butter. This creates a softer texture. This is delicious, however it isn’t ideal if you are wanting to make them for an on-the-go snack as they don’t set as well. If you plan to keep the refrigerated at home, then I highly recommend this addition!
We hope you enjoy x
